Architecture and interior design studio Hacker has named Jen Dzienis director of operations. She also recently was promoted to principal. Dzienis, a registered architect in Oregon, has more than 20 years of experience as a project architect and project manager for commercial office, multifamily, renovation, adaptive reuse, hospitality, and office interior projects. She joined Hacker in fall 2019 and has since positively impacted the company’s projects, employee success program, and business operations. As director of operations, she will oversee company operations and activities, and provide accountability in supporting Hacker initiatives that nurture the vitality of people and projects.
