Caitlin joined Hacker in 2015, inspired by the office’s dedication to rigorous design processes and its history in the Pacific Northwest cultivating vibrant places. With a background in studio art, she promotes clear conceptual thinking on various project types in the education, cultural, and multifamily spaces.

Her strength in managing complex projects from beginning to end helps maintain positive client engagement and overall design excellence. Additionally, her steadfast leadership and mentoring abilities help foster growth within the office and project teams. She values design thinking that supports the well-being of building inhabitants and firmly believes in creating spaces that are thoughtful and healthy.
