Designer Notes
An alternate approach to building massing and unit design, and an innovative casework delivery method led to highly furnished units and high-quality interiors along Division Street in Southeast Portland.

The unique, custom-designed flat pack plywood kitchen and bathroom units that occupy the center of each apartment are its most distinctive feature. These pre-fabricated modular amenities are durable and economical, creating living spaces without dead ends, where natural light can reach every part of each apartment and inhabitants are free to move and circulate through their homes.
