Sarah is an inspired, strategic thinker who excels in design excellence, mentorship, and team leadership. Her interior design approach centers the human experience, creating welcoming, and intuitive spaces where everyone belongs. Her positive influence on the firm's workplace and academic projects has been transformative work, and her exceptional mentoring skills has led to her rapid rise to a leader in the firm.

Sarah was the 2018 recipient of the International Interior Design Associations (IIDAs) “Legacy Award” which recognizes and honors a person, company, or organization whose contributions have advanced the Interior Design profession and enriched Interior Design in Oregon. They show exemplified traits with values held by the IIDA Oregon Chapter, including advocacy, mentorship, design innovation and sustainable leadership. Sarah was also recognized as a 2022 DJC Oregon Women of Vision.
