Lâle Ceylan

Originally from Turkey, Lâle began her architectural career at Istanbul Technical University, where she received her Bachelor of Architecture before ultimately establishing herself in Portland, Oregon, where she completed her Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon.

A valued project architect at Hacker, Lâle's user-focused approach positions her as an advocate for building inhabitants. She is most passionate about serving the public, which reflects in her education and adaptive reuse work in the public realm.

Lâle's dedication to healthy built environments includes her co-leadership for Hacker's Social and Environmental Advocates (SEA), and she also manages Hacker's AIA 2030 Commitment portfolio. She draws inspiration from project constraints and aspires to continue her work with community-focused, low-carbon urban projects.
