Jen joined Hacker in the fall of 2019, bringing invaluable leadership to the firm as a Project Manager while positively impacting studio operations, structure, and process. Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a project architect and project manager for commercial office, multifamily, renovation, adaptive reuse, hospitality, and office interior projects. She is enthusiastic about bringing great design and attention to detail to projects and communities at all scales.
Hacker named Jen director of operations in the spring of 2022. As director of operations, she oversees company operations and activities and provides accountability in supporting Hacker initiatives that nurture the vitality of people and projects.
