Designer Notes
In direct response to the client's "People First" motto, design decisions were made through the lens of health, comfort, and happiness for employees. Every workstation has equal access to natural light and views to the outdoors, and the exposed cross-laminated timber and glulam structure lends warmth and tactility. The project's sustainable achievements are a direct result of deep collaboration with the client and are proof that sustainable design can also be fiscally responsible.
