His emphasis on passive design and high-performance envelope design combine to create cost-effective, sustainable solutions, and his leadership has guided both Hacker AIA COTE Top Ten Green Projects award-winners. Charles specializes in studio art facilities and has extensive experience creating cutting-edge art studios that balance health and safety with energy efficiency.
