Jonah Cohen

Jonah has been with Hacker since 1988 and has worked on some of the firm’s most notable projects, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Thomas Theatre; the Portland Japanese Garden Expansion with Kengo Kuma and Associates; the University of California Santa Cruz Humanities Facility; and the Vehicle Processing Facility at the Juarez-Lincoln United States Port of Entry for the U.S. General Services Administration.

Jonah has a long history of project management and is skilled at coordinating multi-phased and complex projects. He is Past President of the Architecture Foundation of Oregon and is a former Board member for the AIA Portland Chapter. He has been a key presenter at the Oregon Design Conference and at the AIA Northwest & Pacific Region Conference, and is a recognized local industry expert in the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process. Jonah received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City.
