Cyan/PDX is a progressive living concept, built with green technologies and building innovations. The 16-story building houses 353 urban homes in downtown Portland, a vibrant urban neighborhood with great transportation options. Cyan’s dynamic design is a direct response to the active pedestrian and vehicular activity surrounding the building. The “weave” pattern of windows creates a tapestry of constantly changing light patterns, and a connecting plaza creates a variety of exterior spaces from ground floor units’ private terraces to a large public terrace.
