Atwater Place, a Gerding Edlen development, is located on the edge of the Willamette River along the future Willamette River Greenway. The 23-story tower features stepped façades and balconies that provide river views from almost every unit. The geometry of the podium as it steps down to the river helps separate the residential units, and shifting volumes provide a human scale to the building as it is viewed from the river.

This project connects to its natural environment by carefully embracing the inherent beauty of the river and provides an opportunity to live in close proximity to this unique riverfront environment.
